Warp World + Ob Nixilis + Realm Razer

I would like to check what the interaction would be if a Warp World was cast, resulting in a "warp" of 3x Forest, 1x Ob Nixilis and 1x Realm Razer.

From my understanding, post warp, the 5 permanents will enter the battlefield simultaneously. Thus, as Active Player (or issit as owner of warp world), I get priority first, choosing to stack the Razer or Ob's abilities on the stack (as it triggers when lands ETB). Ob's abilities trigger -- damage 3 +1/+1 yadda yadda, lands go away.

End result, no lands for both players, Ob and RR on my side of board.

Regardless, both players will have 0 lands...
OB will have 9 +1/+1 and opponent lose 9 life
And you have a Realm Razer
