Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle

I got a question about Valakut. Say .. i got 4 mountains + Valakut in the battlefield, then i get 2 more mountains with Khalni Heart Expedition and put them into the battlefield, does Valakut triggers?

valukut will trigger twice,as you may allocate those damage to creature or player.this mean that if you scapeshift for a valukut and 5 mountain is 3damage x5.

my meaning is your valukut will trigger twice on your 2 more mountains with Khalni Heart Expedition because when two mountain comes into play valukut will trigger twice since it check there is 5 mountain or more in play and it will check again on the condition on 5 mountain on resolution,since the condition is fulfill then it will deal the 3 damage to a target of that you chosen.the same goes for the 2nd trigger, in total if you plan to deal both target damage to your opponent is 6 damage.

Valakut only triggers for the second Mountain if i'm not mistaken.

Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle enters the battlefield tapped.
Whenever a Mountain enters the battlefield under your control, if you control at least five other Mountains, you may have Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle deal 3 damage to target creature or player.

heritic pls go check the FAQ.There is a deck runing in extended which scapeshift for 2 valakut and 5 mountain for 30 damage.

Wat the hell? o_O Why does Valakut check twice off a khalni bringing total mountain count up to 6?

khalni will bring 2 mountain into play which will trigger twice as the requirement is 5mountain of more to trigger it.since the condition is fulfill then it will trigger and it will check again on resolution if there is no disruption then it will have 2x 3 damage effect.the point of check again on resolution is to make sure there is still 5mountain or more in play if the mountain is blow of by lava trap then the trigger will counter on resolution.

All mountains enter play at the same time (as with Scapeshift). As such, when Valakut checks the requirements when the ability is triggered, it sees 6 Mountains in play, fulfilling the requirements for both triggers.

i assume  if you already have 10 mountain in play and you also have a valukut then you khalni another two mountain will be only  dealing 2x 3damage=6damage in total if u go for same target.

your valakut will trigger twice because the two mountain come into play at same time.you will be dealing  2x 3damage and in total 6 damage if u deal same target.
